Bring the code you received in your confirmation email with you to your 7 Epic Days event, either printed out or accessible on your mobile device.
What if I'm giving a 7 Epic Days event as a gift?
Forward (or print out and give) the confirmation email to the recipient.

We're both happy and sorry to hear that. Our exclusive offers are so unique they are often limited to a certain number of participants, and there's no telling how fast an opportunity will sell out. Take heart, we'll do our best to re-offer any fan favorites as soon as possible.

What is your refund policy?
All 7 Epic Days purchases are non-refundable. Please ensure you or the person you will be gifting an experience to will be available on the event date before buying. Due to the timely matter of our exclusive offers we are not able to offer refunds to those who find out later they are unable to attend.
Is it safe to purchase through 7 Epic Days?
Extremely. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers.
In addition to protecting your financial information we consider new fans to be new friends. As such we vow not to mistreat your contact information with spam or junk mail.
